How long does it take to ship my order?

It depends on the amount of items you have ordered. Usually all of our orders ship out within couple days. Unless you have specified to ship the order on a certain day.

What are the shipping methods used to ship orders?

Depending on the order size it can be shipped with by major LTL carriers or FedEx, UPS, USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

How to check my order status?

Our sales team will email you the invoice, and tracking number. You can either track the package at our website or use the carriers website to track the order. If you forget your tracking number that can be accessed under my account by clicking here (this should open up log in form).

Can I make changes to my order?

If you want to add on items to your order you may if the order has not been shipped yet.
